Attention! EmergencyID has ceased operations in the United States. The store is now closed.

We are unfortunately no longer able to offer product replacements, repairs, or modifications.

All datafiles will be deactivated and all associated medical information will be permanently erased on May 18, 2025.

After this date, medical information will not be accessible and the datafiles will no longer be available. Datafile information cannot be migrated or transferred to another medical data storage service.

On May 18, 2025, all personal medical information will be erased from our secure database and all customer information from our store will be deleted. All versions, back-ups, and cloud-stored copies of your medical and personal information will be erased.

After the data is erased, EmergencyID will retain only customer names, email addresses, and physical mailing addresses for a period of six years for the purpose of complying with legal obligations, after which it will be permanently erased. This information will be securely retained and will only be disclosed to comply with legal obligations.
